Creating a cohesive brand system—logo, colors, typography, and collateral—that scales across events, supports bilingual content, and equips presenters with on-brand tools.

Overview

AI Insights debuted in early September 2024, with follow-on events later in the month and in October. Our mission was to create a distinctive look and feel that felt modern and innovative yet unmistakably Canadian. In addition to event materials, digital files supporting the event required personalization for each session and scale across physical and virtual channels.

Opportunity

Canada’s AI ecosystem needed a polished stage in the world’s largest markets, prompting the Consulate to seek an event identity strong enough to stand alongside the Consulate General of Canada in New York, along with adaptable templates that allowed startups to add their own logos and content without compromising design consistency, and collateral built for seamless cross-platform use, bilingual delivery, and print-ready production.

Delivered as a PowerPoint template, the deck includes pre-built layouts for speaker bios, data visuals and pull-quotes. To avoid font-licensing issues, we provided sleek recommendations that align with existing brand guidelines.

MHTN designed the AI Insights logo lock-up, pairing a bold wordmark with a subtle maple leaf motif. A supporting color palette and icon set reinforce Canadian heritage across all materials.

Suite of print-ready assets, including pull-up banners and a large step-and-repeat backdrop, each created in the new AI Insights style and supplied with precise dimensions and bleed specs so they were immediately deployable at each event.
