Max Morgan is the founder and managing principal of Manhattan Strategies. Audrey is the Managing Director of Manhattan Strategies. Audrey has spent the past 15 years in a front-row seat to the most pivotal shifts in political and corporate dynamics in a generation. Prior to joining Manhattan Strategies, Audrey led corporate reputation programming for a global CPG brand and drove public affairs for a Fortune 100 financial services company. Prior to her time in the private sector, Audrey served in the House and Senate offices of then-U.S. Senator Joe Donnelly. Audrey holds a B.A. in conflict studies and a Masters of City and Regional Planning.

Andrea Geroldi is Director of Operations at Manhattan Strategies, where she leads firm operations and partners closely with senior leadership to support the firm's continued growth. Andrea has spent more than two decades partnering with founders, CEOs, and leadership teams through periods of growth, transformation, and organizational change. Prior to joining Manhattan Strategies, she served as Chief of Staff and Head of People for a private equity firm, and earlier held key roles at Goldman Sachs, Lion Point Capital, Reonomy, and Rising Tide Capital. Andrea earned her degree in Psychology from Colorado Christian University and is certified in Mental Health First Aid.

Meghan is Associate Director of Strategic Communications at Manhattan Strategies, spearheading corporate communications strategy and brand trust specializing in regulated industries. Prior to her current role, Meghan served as a leadership advisor and campaign strategist for a Fortune 100 payments and financial services company, publicly-traded cosmetics brand, major U.S. life insurance provider and a Fortune 100 technology company. Meghan holds a B.A. in English and history.

Lucy is the Associate Director for Executive Influence at Manhattan Strategies, leading the firm’s executive communications initiatives across a range of industries, including technology and financial services. She specializes in developing strategic frameworks and distinctive executive voices that influence market dynamics, strengthen buyer trust and accelerate commercial outcomes.

Simran is an Associate Director for Design at Manhattan Strategies, specializing in developing high-impact digital assets for clients including a Fortune 100 technology company, nonprofit partners and young design agencies. Simran's design process is methodical and data-driven, resulting in the development of creative direction and deliverables that exceed client expectations.
