About the Associate for Digital Media

Manhattan Strategies is seeking an Associate for Digital Media. This is a full-time, on-site role. The best fit candidate is a motivated media professional who is passionate about paid media strategy and campaign execution. They should be comfortable working across platforms including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, StackAdapt and email, and have hands-on familiarity with tactics spanning social, SMS, email, connected TV (CTV) and display advertising.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Execution: Assist in setting up, monitoring and optimizing paid media campaigns across social, SMS, email, CTV and display ads on platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn and StackAdapt.
  • Strategy Development: Support the media and analytics team in developing channel and tactic-level strategies that align with client goals.
  • Optimization & Testing: Monitor performance, adjust targeting, creative and bidding strategies, and run A/B tests across channels to maximize ROI.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Collaborate with the analytics team to prepare dashboards, track KPIs and provide actionable insights.
  • Creative Collaboration: Partner with the design and communications teams to ensure assets and copy are tailored for each tactic and platform.
  • Research & Trends: Stay up to date on paid media trends, platform updates and emerging ad formats; proactively share insights with the team.
  • Client Support: Participate in client meetings, prepare paid media updates and contribute to presentations.
  • Outcomes: Drive measurable outcomes such as engagement growth, lead generation and campaign conversion, aligning performance with client objectives.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of paid media or digital marketing experience (agency or consultancy experience strongly preferred).
  • Background in marketing, advertising, communications or related field.
  • Hands-on familiarity with social, SMS, email, CTV and display advertising tactics, including knowledge of campaign setup, optimization and measurement.
  • Experience with major platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and programmatic platforms like StackAdapt (or similar).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and recommend optimizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a collaborative environment.
  • Curiosity about emerging ad formats, AI-driven optimization tools and evolving measurement approaches.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field required.

Benefits & Compensation:

  • Base salary range is $50,000 to $62,000 per year
