Andrea Geroldi

Andrea Geroldi is Director of Operations at Manhattan Strategies, where she leads firm operations and partners closely with senior leadership to support the firm’s continued growth and success.Andrea has spent more than two decades partnering with founders, CEOs, and leadership teams through periods of growth, transformation, and organizational change, helping organizations navigate complexity while building the operational and people foundation necessary for long-term success.Prior to joining Manhattan Strategies, Andrea served as Chief of Staff and Head of People for a private equity firm, where she partnered closely with the founder and leadership team on strategic initiatives, operations, talent, and organizational planning. Earlier in her career, she served in key roles at Goldman Sachs, Lion Point Capital, Reonomy, and Rising Tide Capital. During her time at Goldman Sachs, Andrea worked directly with Edith Hunt, the firm’s Global Head of Talent and Chief Diversity Officer, supporting talent and leadership initiatives across the organization. She also supported former Chairman of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission Arthur Levitt during her time at The Carlyle Group.Throughout her career, Andrea has been trusted to lead through moments of significant change, from organizational restructures and leadership transitions to periods of rapid growth and business transformation. Her experience spanning financial institutions, investment firms, technology companies, and mission-driven organizations provides a unique perspective on how organizations evolve and succeed.Andrea earned her degree in Psychology from Colorado Christian University and is certified in Mental Health First Aid. She is a founding advisor to the Chief of Staff Network and volunteers with Hire Heroes USA, supporting veterans as they navigate career transitions and professional growth. She lives in New Jersey.
